Ingalls & Associates was established in 2002 as a fine art gallery specializing in modern and contemporary art. The gallery's objective is to provide an innovative exhibition agenda in a congenial viewing environment, coupled with a full service art consulting and brokerage practice. Ingalls & Associates provides private and corporate clients with art advisory services, including purchasing, selling, and appraising modern and contemporary art.

The gallery's annual exhibition calendar features one-person shows presenting national and international contemporary artists, in addition to theme-related group shows, which include works in traditional as well as experimental media. Invited guest curators spotlight mid-career and established artists in solo and group exhibitions, in addition to an on-going curatorial project developed in 2003 by Miami-based artist, writer, and curator, Gean Moreno.

In 2004, Ingalls & Associates re-located to the Wynwood Art District from its original space in North Miami. The gallery's new, expanded space was designed by Ivan Toth Depeña, a Miami-based architect and artist.

Chris Ingalls is an accredited member of the International Society of Appraisers, specializing in the valuation of modern and contemporary sculpture, painting, and works on paper and is a member of ArtTable, a national organization for professional women in the visual arts.
